Regulations

Do not bring valuable items, bags, extra books, boxes, etc., into the library. These should be left outside. raflimts Library will not be responsible for losing personal belongings.
Mobile cameras, consumption of food or drinks, smoking, eating, sleeping, group discussions, unnecessary movement, swinging on chairs, or placing feet on tables/chairs are strictly prohibited inside the library.
Library materials and facilities must be used with care. Any damage to library property due to misuse will be charged to the member at the actual cost of the item.
No external member allowed.
Members are expected to maintain discipline within the library premises. Violation of library rules may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
Only one book may be borrowed at a time for 7 days. The member must pay the full price if a book is returned damaged or has any writing inside.
